Whay is it ironic to have these two countries head what they do?What is Dennis Miller saying here about the war in Iraq?
The point he is trying to make is that neither of these two countries have any right to be involved in judging others for things they have notoriously been perpetrators of in the past.





Until recently, Libya was on the list of states that sponsor terror. They blew up an airplane with a lot of innocent people on it in the 80's, and supported other terror.





The Iraq part is a little more tenuous... he's perpetuating the long since dispelled idea that Iraq is hording weapons of mass destruction. If pressed, he would point to the weapons we provided Iraq with in the 80's... which he would fail to mention the source of.





Dennis Miller has a very slick delivery which blinds and seduces a lot of people. He's one of these Hollywood folks who think they have a better idea what's going on than those who have access to all the classified material that only those in the highest levels of government are legally allowed to review.What is Dennis Miller saying here about the war in Iraq?
Dennis Miller used to be more original. Now he's just repeating the rhetoric spun by O'Reilly and Limbaugh.
