Monkey see, Monkey do............

yep, it appears to be fateStephen Colbert's career is skyrockets while Dennis Miller's crashes and burns. Did chimp-love seal Miller's..
Miller was never funny. Especially when he was on Monday Night Football.
Miller was never funny...and his blind support of the Bush was just sad.
I really don't know where Miller got his support from.

Only complete chimps could possibly love this monkey.
I think so. It's not a very good time to be a conservative comedian. The truth is too painful to laugh at.
Colbert fits in nicely with the modern culture of cynicism, where you show how smart you are by being critical of everything equally.

Taking a stand on anything is just too risky in our ';enlightened'; age, and the risks go both ways. On the other spectrum of Miller is Al Franken....where's he been on the pertinence scale lately?
Miller needs no writers to tell him what to say whether it be funny or just opinions on the news on his radio show or whatever news host has him on to give commentary.

Stephen Colbert was out for a while along with Comedy Central's John Stewart for quite a while, before they probably took a look at their bank accounts and knew they had to muster something up to get back on the air without the writers. Must be a cruel fate to be considered intelligent and witty; until the writers go on strike and leave you with nothing. Not even a show anymore.
