Artwork on an episode of Dennis Miller Live?

Ok one of the backdrops he had several years ago on an episode was of a young boy looking through a wooden fence on the other side of the fence was the legs of a woman sun taning. Behind the boy was a very angry looking woman. I have described it the best I can remember it has been several years since I saw the episode I am trying to find the name of the artist and the title of the painting. It looked to be in the style of rockwell but i am pretty sure it isn't his work.Artwork on an episode of Dennis Miller Live?
Yeah! Wasn't that awesome? I don't think it was Rockwell either but I can't say who did it.
